Usage Steps
Place the blue gel ice pack in the freezer compartment for at least 6-8 hours (overnight recommended). Open lid, place frozen ice pack inside; then insert insulin/GLP-1 pen. Tighten lid – temp display auto-on. Tap the lid to wake up and check temp.

Ice Pack Reuse Guide
Once melted, return ice pack to freezer. Freeze ≥6 hrs (overnight best) until solid. Reinsert into bottle for reuse.
