How long can this product maintain cooling?+

Up to 48 hours of low-temperature maintenance under specific laboratory conditions. Actual cooling duration depends on the following factors:

Ambient temp

Lid opening freq

Pre-freeze time

Initial item temp

Should the ice box be frozen or refrigerated?+

Freeze ≥8 hrs (overnight best). Use only when fully solid (gel hardened) for best cooling.

Is the screen normally off a malfunction?+

The screen features touch wake-up design and remains in power-saving standby mode normally. Tap the iceberg area on the screen to light it up and view the temperature.

How many pens can this insulin case hold? Can I store medications other than insulin?+

This product is suitable for all medications requiring 2-8°C (36-46°F) refrigerated storage. Please refer to the capacity table below:

How do I switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit on the temperature display?+

Quickly tap the iceberg icon on the screen three times in a row to switch celsius (℃) / fahrenheit (℉) units.

How long does the display battery last? Does it need charging?+

The battery is rechargeable and can last for over one month on a full charge. To charge, simply use a 5V-1A power adapter and charge until full.

Daily cleaning and maintenance. How to clean it? Is it washable?+

Wipe the inner liner with a damp cloth. Fully charge the lid before long‑term storage and store it in a cool, dry place.

Does this product come with a warranty?+

This product is covered by a 1-year warranty. For non-man-made quality issues such as display malfunctions and failed heat insulation, or damaged accessories, you may contact customer service.
