Tips to Extend Cooling Time+-
Freeze overnight before use (min 7–8 hrs)
Minimise lid openings
Re-freeze midway if possible
Should the ice pack be frozen or refrigerated?+-
Freeze min 7–8 hrs (overnight recommended). Use fully solid (gel hardened) for best cooling.
Does the screen staying off mean there is a malfunction?+-
Usually normal power-saving sleep mode; tap the lid display to wake. Contact after-sales if no response after multiple taps.
How many pens can this insulin case hold? Can I store medications other than insulin?+-
This product is suitable for all medications requiring 2-8°C (36-46°F) refrigerated storage. Please refer to the capacity specifications below:
How do I switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit on the temperature display?+-
Press and hold the display area on the lid for 3 seconds to switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) units.
How long does the display battery last? Does it need charging? How do I check the remaining battery power?+-
Built-in rechargeable battery lasts 1+ month on a full charge. Double-tap the display to check battery level. Charge with a 5V-1A adapter; the screen flashes during charging.Note: The lid contains electronic parts – do not wash or submerge it in water.
Can I use it on airplanes? Will it pass security?+-
Yes! Most users report smooth passage through TSA and airport security checkpoints in various countries. We recommend removing it from your bag and placing it separately, and proactively informing security personnel that it is a medical cooling device.
